Full-Service Design

Design Your Home from Start to Finish! Work with us from concept to completion whether it is one room or the entire home.

Whether you are moving into a new house or updating your current home, our highly experienced team will guide you through our seamless and fun process. We handle every step of the project from beginning to end. You will not only get curated and custom designs, but we will take care of all the implementation needed for your design project.

• You are a busy professional who would like a beautiful designed space but do not have the time or desire to do it yourself
• You want your home investment to be in the hands of a professional to ensure a smooth process
• You would rather not lift a finger when it comes to any home improvement projects
• You need a professional to take care of the design details like shopping, coordinating with contractors and being on site for installations and deliveries
• You want high quality furniture that your neighbors don’t have • You have a cookie cutter home and want to add more character and personality

This service includes custom vision and design boards, floor plans, furniture, fabric, paint, wallcovering and finish selections. Procurement of selected items from trusted vendors, ordering, tracking, receiving, inspection and delivery of items also provided. Coordination with contractors and tradespeople when required. Designer on location for install to ensure proper placement and styling.

Design Day Service

We Design and You Implement
Pricing: $1800

Our Design Day service is a quick turnaround (2-3 days), limited design only service that provides you with a detailed design plan that you can implement on your own. Perfect if you want to work with a full-service designer in a smaller capacity.
Who is this service for? • You need help finishing off a space or two, selecting materials for a project, or completing one room

• You prefer to update your home one room at a time
• You would like your space completed in a shorter amount of time
• You don’t mind ordering and purchasing items on your own
• Don’t need project or product management
• Have a smaller budget
• Are confident in your decision- making skills and just need an expert plan you can implement
• Are happy to coordinate trades, place orders and set up the room once items arrive

While we love seeing our projects through from the first idea to final installation, we realized that not every client needs the full-service experience. Sometimes it’s because they just need to finish off a few spaces. Other times it’s simply because they prefer to be more involved.

Styling Service

We Stylize Your Space
Pricing: $1200 Flat Fee plus
Budget (not including design fee): $1000 accessories
Our Styling Services helps you bring it all together. This service puts the finishing touches on the space and takes it from ordinary to extraordinary.

• You don’t mind ordering and purchasing items on your own

Expert Design Consultation

We Design and You Implement
Pricing: Investment starting at $500
A two-hour in-home working expert design consultation about your space with designer Kelleen Corsmeier.

She provides professional advice, guidance and tips so that you can move forward with confidence and knowledge about your project without making a costly mistake. Popular topics include furniture placement, where to start with a space refresh, paint color or anything else design related you need help with.

Who is this service for?
• You are a design enthusiast but just need a little guidance
• You appreciate a designer’s eye and need a professional opinion to help you complete your space on your own
• You have some great ideas and just need to run them by a design professional
• This time is for you to ask anything design related

Designer By Your Side

Having access to a professional’s expertise while you work through your project gives you peace of mind. Kelleen Corsmeier will provide professional advice, guidance and tips so that you can move forward with confidence and knowledge about your project without making a costly mistake.

Pricing: Block of 5 hours $750 or 10 hours $1500
Who is this service for?
• If you don’t need full-service design but still want expert guidance to make the best decisions and avoid common mistakes this is the perfect fit for you
• If your design project needs may go on for more than a day and you need a bit of help here and there
• You need a few fabulous accessories, lighting and well-placed art to make your old room look and feel new
• You need window treatments
• Help styling bookshelves
• You need help reimagining a space using existing furniture
• You are a DIY-er and enjoy purchasing and implementing your own design, but need professional guidance
• You need help with finish selections and/or guidance for a remodel or new build
• Just would like someone to “check your work” and work on your design together

Ways to utilize the hours (but not limited to):
• In-person meetings, phone conversations, and emails
• Floor plans and layout ideas
• Going with you to retail shops you like and providing guidance to help you select items
• Going to showrooms to help make selections for tile, carpet, flooring, lighting etc.
• Managing of custom window treatments

If your project requires more hours, you can purchase more as needed. Trip charges may apply over 25-mile radius from Loveland, Ohio. This service is valid for 90 days from time of purchase.

Color Consultation

Need a refresh in your space with a fresh coat of paint? Not sure what color to select or afraid of making the wrong choice? Are you ready to refresh the outdated color for your walls?
Pricing: $350

Look no further, I am happy to help you select the perfect colors for your home. I have been able to save clients from making costly mistakes when they call me first for a color consultation instead of purchasing the wrong paint colors which looked perfect at the store but not at home. This 2-hour consultation includes a customized selection of paint colors for up to 3 spaces in your home for selected wall colors, trim, ceiling, and sheens.

Home Staging Consultation

The Occupied Home Staging Consultation is an in-person consultation available to homeowners who will be living in their current home while it is on the market for sale and are looking to complete the home staging work themselves. The property will be evaluated by Kelleen Corsmeier, a certified home stager. She will walk through each room of the home discussing recommendations with the homeowner(s). This is a great option for those who want to be hands-on with organizing, de-cluttering and preparing their home for sale, while saving money.

Walk n’ Talk (90 Minute-Two Hours) $300-client takes notes
Our positive, no-nonsense approach focuses on empowering homeowners with all the tools and information they need to prepare for a faster, more profitable sale. This meeting can be done with or without the realtor.
During the Walk and Talk Consultation (approximately 90 minutes to 2-hours, depending on home size), the homeowner will take notes as we go through each space, from curbside to laundry room, thoroughly discussing: • Understanding the home buyer mindset and what appeals to today’s buyers
• What to pack, what to keep, what to move
• Paint colors that sell homes
• How to arrange furniture
• Tricks for closet organization
• Adjustments to lighting
• Shopping list suggestions to create the model home look
• Cosmetic changes that have the most powerful return on investment
• Home seller safety and etiquette
After the consultation, homeowners will have a clear plan of how and where to begin preparing their home for a faster, more profitable sale!
