Design Time

Flexible design help, tailored to you. Sometimes you don't need a designer to take over an entire project. You just need the right help at the right time. Design Time allows you to purchase a block of professional design hours and usethem wherever you need my expertise most. Think of it as having an interior designer in your corner.

Your Design Time can be used for: • Furniture selection and space planning • Paint and color decisions • Rugs, lighting and accessories • Window treatments • Art selection and placement • Shopping and sourcing • Styling shelves, tables and rooms • Incorporating furniture and pieces you already own • Tile, flooring, countertops and finish selections • Remodel or new-build decisions • Showroom or retail shopping appointments • Reviewing ideas and helping you make confident decisions • Pulling several rooms together so your home feels cohesive
Some clients use their Design Time to transform one room. Others use it for severalareas of their home or for guidance as a project evolves. The time is yours. We'll use it where my expertise will make the biggest difference. Our most flexible—and most popular—way to work together. STEP 1 - Tell Me About Your Home
We'll begin by talking about your project, what's working, what isn't and where you'd like help.
STEP 2 - Purchase Your Design Time We'll determine the block of hours that makes sense for what you'd like to accomplish.
STEP 3 - Use Your Time Where You Need It We'll use your hours for the design decisions and areas where my expertise will be mostvaluable.
STEP 4 - Add More Time If Needed If your project evolves or you'd like to continue working together, additional Design Time can be added.

Design Consultation

A fresh set of eyes and a clear direction. Sometimes a few hours with a designer is all you need to get unstuck. A Design Consultation is a focused working session designed to answer yourquestions, offer professional guidance and help you move forward with confidence. We can discuss furniture placement, paint colors, lighting, finishes, styling, roomrefreshes, renovation decisions—or anything else about your home that's keepingyou from moving forward. This service is ideal if you enjoy implementing your own design but want thereassurance and perspective of a professional designer. Have a list of questions? Bring them. This time is yours.

Full-Service Design

Full-Service Design A comprehensive approach for larger projects. For select projects requiring a more comprehensive level of design involvement, Full-Service Design may be the right fit. Depending on the scope, this may include space planning, furnishings, lighting,textiles, finishes, custom pieces, sourcing, procurement, coordination with trades andfinal styling. Full-Service Design is available based on project scope and availability. Not sure whether your project requires Design Time or Full-Service Design? That's okay. Expert Design Consultation

Pricing: Investment starting at $500
A two-hour in-home working expert design consultation about your space with designer Kelleen Corsmeier.

She provides professional advice, guidance and tips so that you can move forward with confidence and knowledge about your project without making a costly mistake. Popular topics include furniture placement, where to start with a space refresh, paint color or anything else design related you need help with.

• This time is for you to ask anything design related

Designer By Your Side

Having access to a professional’s expertise while you work through your project gives you peace of mind. Kelleen Corsmeier will provide professional advice, guidance and tips so that you can move forward with confidence and knowledge about your project without making a costly mistake.

Pricing: Block of 10 hours $1500
Who is this service for?
• If you don’t need full-service design but still want expert guidance to make the best decisions and avoid common mistakes this is the perfect fit for you
• If your design project needs may go on for more than a day and you need a bit of help here and there
• You need a few fabulous accessories, lighting and well-placed art to make your old room look and feel new
• You need window treatments
• Help styling bookshelves
• You need help reimagining a space using existing furniture
• You are a DIY-er and enjoy purchasing and implementing your own design, but need professional guidance
• You need help with finish selections and/or guidance for a remodel or new build
• Just would like someone to “check your work” and work on your design together

Ways to utilize the hours (but not limited to):
• In-person meetings, phone conversations, and emails
• Floor plans and layout ideas
• Going with you to retail shops you like and providing guidance to help you select items
• Going to showrooms to help make selections for tile, carpet, flooring, lighting etc.
• Managing of custom window treatments

If your project requires more hours, you can purchase more as needed. Trip charges may apply over 25-mile radius from Loveland, Ohio. This service is valid for 90 days from time of purchase.

Color Consultation

Need a refresh in your space with a fresh coat of paint? Not sure what color to select or afraid of making the wrong choice? Are you ready to refresh the outdated color for your walls?
Pricing: $350
Budget: Does not include materials (e.g., paint, etc.)
Look no further, as a Certified Color Designer, I am happy to help you select the perfect colors for your home. I have been able to save clients from making costly mistakes when they call me first for a color consultation instead of purchasing the wrong paint colors which looked perfect at the store but not at home.
This 2-hour consultation includes a customized selection of paint colors for up to 3 spaces in your home for selected wall colors, trim, ceiling, and sheens.
